Based on these factors, this app will predict your long-term body mass index (BMI) and your risks of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. The predictions are based on a statistical analysis of data on diet, lifestyle and health indices collected over decades from three large databases (Diabetes Control and Complications Trial, the World Health Organization, and the Food and Agriculture Organization). Consequently, the predictions your receive based on your own personal data entered will be evidence-based predictions of your long-term risks.
